Alex Rivlin is the founder of the Rivlin Group at lpt Realty. Alex has a history of successful ventures and began his real estate career investing in his own endeavors from rental properties to syndicated land deals, as well as being a primary party to many commercial leases. 

Alex has an in-depth understanding of contracts and is a fierce negotiator. As CEO and Co-founder of InsureMonkey, a technology company focused in the health insurance vertical, he brought the start-up from zero revenue with two employees, to a multi-million-dollar revenue company with 160 employees in record time. InsureMonkey was recognized as one of "America's Most Promising Companies 2011" by Forbes, and was ranked #79 on the Inc. 5000 in 2015 (#1 in Nevada and #9 in Software), with revenue growth of over 3,777% in just three short years. 

Prior to InsureMonkey Alex developed a multiple award winning Farmers Insurance agency, and was recognized amongst the top 1% of all agents (17,000+) nationwide. Alex was invited to speak and train at multiple top producer events, and was invited to sit on an Agent Council at the corporate level that had input on all corporate marketing, including the "University of Farmers" campaign; a position he held for over 3 years. 

Las Vegas has been Alex's home for 25 years. He is the father to two amazing children. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, canyoneering, rock climbing, cycling, boating, and absolutely loves to write about himself in the third-person!
